getting my licence back
i had my licence taken for a dui a few years ago i paid the fine and served my 2 days in jail. How do i receive my licence back?

In addition to what you've already done, you will have to pay the reinstatement fee, currently $200, if yours is old enough, then $100. You may also have to go through the ACT program. Contact Records and Driver control in Helena for the amount of the fee as well as where to send it. Good luck.
