Legal Question in DUI Law in Montana

reciprocity between Missouri and Montana

I was arrested in Missouri for DWI. I have a Washington State drivers license. I was wondering if I moved to Montana before my license has been suspended, does Missouri or Washington have a reciprocity agreement with Montana to have my license removed.

Yes I believe that these states are part of the Interstate Compact. Anyway, there is no doubt that you should retain counsel to help you with the DWI and the license matters. If your DWI was in the Eastern part of the state, you may give me a call at 314-727-2822. I would be happy to help you.

Montana participates in the interstate comact. To get a driver's license here, you will have to comply with whatever the other state requires. Good Luck.
