Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Montana

My question is pretty long but it is about school laws mostly athletics. A few of us parents have met with the AD to see what can be done about the coach who is a very rude person and has only won 7 games in two years we were going to get a petition going to get him fired but before we have go through proper processes so we met with the AD and take the next step but before we had a chance to draw up the petition the school board rehire him the school board consist of 3/4 non-native american so we did not have a chance to do anything they told us we have until the end of may to draw up our petition but the board hire him right away a week after our meeting with the AD. the season start in november is their anything we can do to prevent him from coach or not since he probably already signed his contract

I don't know what "proper processes" you would take other than petition. If the man hasn't done anything criminally wrong, and the school wants him to continue coaching.... what else can you do?

I suggest reposting in another catagory which will get you to a MT attorney - try general civil litigation.
