Legal Question in Family Law in Montana

annulment/divorce

I have been married for less than 2 weeks. I am currently living in MI, but I am still a MT resident. I was intoxicated when I married, from the previous night, and want out of this marriage asap. My husband is also a Montana resident. What do I need to do to get an annulment/divorce asap?

I am not licensed in Michigan, so check with a Michigan attorney.

However, generally, if you have resided in Michigan for a certain time, you can file for an annulment in Michigan.
