Legal Question in Family Law in Montana
I have a little boy. And I'm in a really bad position, where I can no longer give him a stable home. My brother and sister in-law would like full guardianship of him. It seems the most logical and best option for my son right now. How would I go about doing this?

I urge you to get legal advice on this matter. Contact Montana Legal Services or the Montana State Bar Association for a referral.
You can file a temporary guardianship that grants your brother authority to take care of your child and provide medical care. Including a date on which the guardianship ends also provides a 'date certain' when you can retrieve your son.
