Legal Question in Family Law in Montana
If the child protective worker does not have a degree or any kind of paper can they still take your child from you? Also if they do not have any information on you can they still take your child? Also if you can counter everything they said and the judge will not let you put them in what do you do?

I'm attorney. If this were my situation, I would immediately hire an attorney. In other words, don't go in there alone. The statutes regarding Child Abuse and Neglect, Children in Need of Care, etc., are hard to track the first few times. The timeline is set by statute. If you cannot afford a lawyer, call your local bar association or the Montana State Bar and ask for the Lawyer Referral Service.
