In most cases, child support payments go into the household checking account and are used for general support of the child. The receiving parent is not required to make any kind of accounting to the paying parent. Think how difficult a time you would have if you had to account separately for the child's portion of expenses.

If you have a legitimate reason to suspect that the recieving parent is not using child support for household expenses, then you could file a motion with the court requesting an accounting, state your reasons, and produce your evidence to support your cliam.

Otherwise, you have to get used to the fact that the receiving parent is under no legal or moral obligation to account to the paying parent.
