A cautious lawyer's favorite answer: It depends. It depends on whether the Court issued a restraining order, and it depends on what the order says. It depends on whether the parties have filed a property settlement agreement, and it depends on what the psa says. It depends on whether the parties dispute ownership of the items you want to retrieve, and the dispute might depend on in whose name the item is titled or who is paying the debt on the item. Your best and safest bet is to talk with your attorney to find out whether you can retrieve the items and the best way to go about doing it.
