Legal Question in Family Law in Montana

I have a final parenting plan filed that SPECIFICALLY outlines an out of state move complete with the new visitation arrangements for when it takes place. I will be moving in approximately 40 days. Due to the parenting plan already authorizing a move do I still need to notice the other parent in writing. I also currently have a restraining order against him, so will I need my attorney to construct the letter?

If you have on file a parenting plan that addresses a move, not an "if one should intend to move" but "I am moving, here is the new parenting plan," with the date, then that looks like notice to me.

I'm curious: If you already have an attorney, can't s/he answer your question?
