Grandparent Rights

I am from Nevada and so were the grandchildren I am trying to visit. It has taken me 3 years to locate them and I want to visit them so what I need to know is what are the laws pertaining to grandparent rights in Montana and also can I i nitiate papers here that will be legal there?How long will it take ?

Your best bet would be to seek grandparent visitation rights. You do need an attorney and this procedure is possible in Montana. The time it will take depends as much on how busy the Court's schedule is as anything else. Good Luck.
