Legal Question in Family Law in Montana
legal age based on old divorce
a divorce dated 15 years ago in montana, includes that child support should be paid until "legal age or emanicpation-which ever comes later"-can you tell me does this mean until the child turns 18?

It might mean ust that, 18. Often Courts interpret this language to mean 18 and graduated from high school but not past the age of 19.
