I don't think you're going to find an absolute answer to this question. Calculating child support takes into account many variables -- each parent's income, legitimate deductions, if one or both parents provide health insurance, what that costs each parent to provide, cost of child care for each child, etc. But, no, no statute exists that states "no parent must pay more than $x.xx per child."
