Legal Question in Family Law in Montana
If a woman claims to be pregnant with your child. Can they just claim it's your child without any proof just to get money. Even though you disagree. This is a situation that worries me.

Yes, a woman can name a biological father without proof. If the man disagrees, it is his responsibility to ask for a paternity test. In Montana, and assuming Child Support Enforcement Division has notified the man of his financial obligation, the man can request a paternity test.
