i have payed my child support but there mother will not let me see or talk with my kids for almost two years . what can i do

You waited 2 years? The question isn't what she has done, but what you have done. Focus on that.

Your behavior will be at issue because the kids haven't seen you for 2 years and you've done nothing (apparently) in the court to compel that visitation.

Depending upon their ages, it may *appear* to the court that you have abandoned any interest other than paying the support.

If you really want to see your kids, the courts are there to help you. At the very least, you can mediate visitation and get a schedule that has been agreed to, submit it to the court for an order. If you both have agreed to it, put your names to it, it is more likely to happen.

If it is a matter of the police or the court refusing to support your visitation, then you may need to get a lawyer involved.
