Legal Question in Immigration Law in Montana

I am on F1 visa and on an OPT working at a US govt agency. I have just applied for a STEM extension on my OPT. However, my visa is about to expire by the end of May 2010. My questions" 1) Can I renew it in Canada? 2) What are the odds of doing it there than in my home country? 3) If I try to renew it before the end of May and I was denied, will I still be able to go back to US before that date? 4) Assuming I was denied and was able to enter US (on #3), the next time I go to Canada, will I be able to avail of the automatic revalidation of visa on my expired F1 visa? Thanks.

Canada might take third county national visa applications. However, the policy might change from time to time. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
