Legal Question in Immigration Law in Montana

temporary residence in the US

I would like to know the law concerning a person coming from New Zealand to USA and bringing children without their fathers knowledge or consent due to him walking out on the mother and children. She would like to apply for temporary residence in the USA and has a few places that she can stay and has the possibility of employment.

temporary residence in US

I suggest you contact the New Zealand consulate or a lawyer in New Zealand to find out whether a parent can remove children from that jursidiction under the circumstances you describe. Since I don't understand what you mean by "temporary residence", I am unable to answer that part of your question as well as you might like. However, if she has the possiblity of employment in a professional capacity, and she is a professional, she could qualify for an H1B visa.
