Copyright Registration which form?
I want to know what form to use - I have a weekly radio show on a volunteer basis, I am leaving and want to take my show and name with me. What form should I be looking into for my copyright?

if you are talking about taking the name of the show with you, you are speaking of trademark law, not copyright law. you can find out information on how to trademark the name of a business by going to www.uspto.gov or you can call me at (847)845-4345. You may or may not have rights to the name of the show. A copyright application would be filed for the CONTENT of the show, not the name of the show. Hope this helped, -Justin Lampel
