Maximum Required Workdays

I am seeking information on the maximum number of days and hours an employer may require me to work without a day of rest in Montana state.

Re: Maximum Required Workdays

There are no laws against how many days in a row or how many hours you are required to work. However, you are entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in any given work week.
