Ex-tenant still problem

I have prperty in seeley lake mt. where 2 people were renting my home. We have covenants no junk cars ex....on property. The couple split-up she is still renting from us he moved out but wont moved his junk trailers and junk snow-mobiles off my property. their lease ended months ago. The home owners associtation has sent me a worring letter about his junk on my property. What can i do about getting it removed? And by the way they had seperate po. boxes at the post office so i dont even know his.

Send Certified Letter ( and also have it HAND DELIVERED to property) with attached copy of lease and provision HIGHLIGHTED. GIve them a 10 day window to comply and move the crap off the property. THen EVICT per local law for lease violation. Are they current on rent? ANy Deposit? I would use deposit to have the stuff hauled off.
