defending and prosocuting the same person
Can a defense attorney and a prosecuting attorney defend and prosecute a guy, then 10 years later reverse roles and defend and prosecute the same person or is that a conflict of interest

After ten years, there probably isn't a conflict, but you could have an attorney go over all the facts with you to make sure you don't have a conflict here.
