Re: draft order

If I understand the question, a draft order is something like a check, it's a draft drawn on the order of a specific bank, sort of like a cashier's check. I'd check with the atorney to clarify exactly what he/she means tho. A draft may be more "certain" than a check in that you can't then stop payment. If you could be more specific, let me know
