Can anyone fight a will after the person dies

Brother in law dies, wife just recieved the insurnace money. Husbands parents want the money. Can they sue or file something to keep the wife, who was the beniferirie from recieving it now that she has the money or even before it came??

No. Insurance passes by contract and not by will or inheritance. The insurance company is obligated to pay to the ordered beneficiary.
