what to do? Will/Probate?

Thank you, a friend while dying in the hospital called and texed my friend that he wanted a half million to be given to her just before he expired, she saved the text messages and the dying man was alone with his nurse when he did this request. Now the alienated son is not going through with his wishes and probate is almost over as well as it is a large malpractice wrongful death suite. Any help is appreciated!

You will need to hire a lawyer. This issue is not addressed in the law books. Is this a valid writing to be enforceable? I don't know but if hired I could definitely find out. Since the probate is almost over so time is of the essence.
