What happens If chapter 7 bankruptcy is denied and the customer has no assets and his income is below median income?.

A chapter 7 can be denied for different reasons, and the reasons affects whether you can or should try filing again. You can get a chapter 7 dismissed if you've received another chapter 7 discharge in the last eight years, if you failed to file any of the required documents, failed to pay the filing fee, or were fraudulent in any of your filings. Whether you have assets or not is not relevant to a dismissal.
