Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nebraska

I filed bankruptcy over 7 years ago,can I file it again. It was chapter seven. Due to medical reasons.

If you received your discharge more than 6 years ago, you can file for chapter 7 again. It generally takes about 6 months from the time of filing until discharge, so you should be ok to file again. You can file chapter 13 anytime after discharge (with a 180 day waiting period).
