Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nebraska
Sarpy County Nebraska Court Rules
I need to find a copy of these rules. People at the court house can't seem to answer that question either.

Re: Sarpy County Nebraska Court Rules
Sarpy County is bound by uniform trial court rules and county court rules handed down from the Nebraska Supreme Court. You can find these at http://www.supremecourt.ne.gov/rules/index.shtml?sub3
Make sure to review all potentially applicable rules (near the bottom of the page under "Trial Rules")
It's important to understand that Sarpy County does NOT have local rules like some other districts do. However, in my experience, the attorneys and the court staff have a way of practicing that's not always in black & white rules. Meaning, you'll very likely hear a clerk say, "That's not how we do it in Sarpy" so be aware that you may be running into a custom & practice as opposed to a rule.
