Legal Question in Business Law in Nebraska

We have 3 partners in an LLC in NE. One of the partners took funds from the business without any approval or communication with the other partners to pay for expenses in another LLC. What recourse do I have?

Any attorney will say more information is needed. If use of the funds was truly unauthorized, the partners should confront him or her and demand an immediate return. This demand should be coupled with what the legal steps your LLC will take if the money is not promptly returned. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
