Business question
I currently own my own business. I was wondering what the rules are on using trademarked designs. Is it possible to do and if so what do you have to do to be able to?

If another person or business owns a TM, you need to license it or get permission. For general info, the www.uspto.gov is helpful. Alot depends on the use: integral or peripheral.
