Finance charges
A customer is consistently 90+ days on payment of invoices but refuses to pay the assesed finance charges. Are the charges enforcable?

Unless all charges and fees are paid per agreement, the bill is still open and UNPAID. YOu could either 1) SUspend all further charge priveleges -move to COD 2) Report to Dunn & Bradstreet or other credit reporting services 3) ENforce all charges through your Business Atty vis Demand Letter
