Re: moving
There are a number of regulations you may have to comply with to operate your business. Which regulations may apply to you depends on the size of your truck and trailer, what type of freight you are hauling, and whether you work solely in Nebraska or offer service to Iowa or other states. You may need a commercial driver's license and a business insurance policy. You should make an appointment to visit with a lawyer to help you identify the licensing you require to be in compliance with Nebraska law. Be prepared to pay the attorney for his assistance.
