a judgement was rendered against me, the plaintiff defrauded the courts and lied on the stand, how do i file for a new trial under the defraud factor? i have to file this tuesdays dedline.

First you have to consult a lawyer. you have two remedies available against the decree availed on fraud.
1) you may apply to the same court which has deciced it or decreed the plaint in favour of plaintiff whether you have appeared before the court earlier or not.
2) You have a second remedy of appeal against that order and along with appeal to sunpend the decree till final disposal of the appeal.
you haveto hurry because if you lose the time then any appeal will be time barred.
