Drinking at home
If a person is under the age of twenty-one but has their parents permission to consume an alcoholic beverage in their own home under their parent's supervision; is it legal for that person to consume that beverage in their own house?

Re: Drinking at home
Yes. Minors are allowed to have a small amount of alcohol under adult supervision, but that doesn't extend to allowing drinking in general. Christmas or Thanksgiving or Seder or whatever is not going to make a judge throw the book, buying your kid a 6-pack or letting him drink as a matter of course will. The parent is looking at abuse and neglect issues.
