Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nebraska

Picture

Two of my employees were on the business floor and one took a picture with her camera of the other. Employee #2 became upset and began insisting for the photos and stating it was against the law to take her picture without asking for consent. Is this accurate?

You cannot take someone's picture without her consent. since it is a matter of neighbourhood, better the picture of non-consenting girl is returned immediately with apology.
