Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Nebraska

my husband and i have been living together since we both were 17( with parents conscent) we got married when we both were19 now im 21 and he's 20 ( 9months difference) we just bought a house and we have been living an adult life pretty much since we became domestical partners,by this i mean we pay our own bills haven not got into any problems with the law, we do not drink or smoke, working full time jobs, we both graduated from high school, my question is... shouldn't we have the same rights as any other adult who is 21 or older? like i said we do not drink so we are not interested on that but we would love to go to casinos and do other stuff without getting in trouble.

Unless there is more to the story, you have the same legal rights as other 21-year-olds. Your husband doesn't, but he will once he turns 21. Being responsible and married is good, but it doesn't change the fact that he's still 20.
