Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Nebraska

law suit

I received a credit card lawsuit. I filed the denial letter. I now received a interrogatories, and admissions. I get disability social security. Why wouldn't I file a discovery or something that says I am judgement proof. I have no assets. These notices want banks or deposits etc info for last 5 years. Thanks
