Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nebraska

False Advertising?
I had recieved an email from GoldenCasino.net offering a 325% sign up bonus if you downloaded their software. There is a link for a rules & regs page which is not functional. When you call the customer service line they say that the offer is not valid in the US, but by then, you have already deposited money in your account. Is this false advertising or a ''Bait & Switch'' advertisement? Can I sue them, it really enrages me that someone would take advantage of a consumer like that.

Sounds like fraud. How much did you lose? There are likely numerous state + federal laws being violated.
