Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nebraska
what is the legal age for someone to sign a contract for a vehicle in the state of Nebraska? If underage, how can we take care of this? Thank you

The parties to a valid contract must be at least 18 years old. Usually a parent will sign the contract and be liable if the vehicle is for a minor. I am not aware of any other work-around, but you could ask a local car dealership how they typically handle the issue.
