Suing
I cosigned for a loan, and now the person is not making the payment. The company is now coming after me for the debt. Can I sue the person that I cosigned the loan for? What are my options?

You can sue your co-debtor to indemnify you (protect you) from the creditor against 1/2 of the debt,unless you have some other agreement in writing. The creditor can get a judgment against either or both of you for the full amount.
