I live here in NE now for 6 months. i have a house in Pinal County AZ with my husband who i am seperated from.... how can i find out if the mortgage company has placed a judgement on me before filing my taxes..... want to make sure they wont take my taxes....

Call the Pinal County courthouse to see if a nice clerk will do a case search for you. Check your credit report.
A mortgage lender can't intercept your taxes. So even if there is a judgment, doesn't mean the lender gets to execute on your taxes unless you otherwise can't exempt them (and there is a judgment against you.)
