Drug Charge (On Minor)

I'm a 15 year old boy from Nebraska and have been charged with a tiny amount of marijuana and a pot pipe, what do i do?

It depends. If you did it and it is your first offense, there is a good chance the court will give you probation or the county attorney will give you diversion. If you didn't do it, or if you have a record, you may want or need to go to trial. You may want an attorney to assist you with the case, unless diversion has already been offered to you. Unless you are innocent and adamant on proving it, an offer of diversion is usually a good deal.
