Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nebraska
minor in possession of alcohol
my 15 year old stepdaughter was visiting in Nebraska and was charged with minor in possession. She has since returned to Michigan however the matter is unresolved. Could she be in trouble or can the matter be handled between the two states?

She will need to deal with it in the Nebraska courts. She should hire a local attorney to minimize or possibly eliminate the need to return to Nebraska.
