Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nebraska
Hello,
A month ago I received civil infractions for possession of Marijuana (1 GRAM) and paraphernalia in Nebraska. As a first time offender I completed a diversion program and had both charges dropped against me. Will this keep me from receiving student aid and getting into a clinical rotation for school?

This should not affect your ability to receive student aid because you have no convictions for any offense on your record. It may show on a records check that you were cited for possession and it should also show that the charges were dismissed.
