Why? That is a pretty unusual request. You could have asked the judge for jail at the time of sentencing, but it probably wouldn't have worked the way you expected. More than likely, the judge would have given you jail time and still added the probation. That way you would have had the benefit of both experiences and would be prepared to make an objective decision as to which is better. In general, Judges like to make their own decisions regarding sentences and they aren't too concerned with whether or not it meets your approval. If you have your heart set on jail though, not following the terms of your probation should get you there.
