Nebraska's age for consent is 16 for sexual consent. It is possible to be charged with other offenses for sexual contact with a minor. You may also have civil liability as her supervisor or employer. Talk to an attorney immediately, and say nothing to anyone else about this without consulting with her/him first, this includes talking to the young woman. This will only get worse without effective legal advice, don't wait, and don't give out any information to anyone about this until you have legal advice and representation.
