Theoretically yes, but you will most likely be picked up at the time you are applying. Better to take care of the bench warrant first. Depending on what the warrant is for, you may be able to appear in front of a judge and have a hearing set so you don't actually have to go to jail. It is best to consult with an attorney to do this rather than attempt it on your own.
