I need to know how to erase a first offense DUI from my record so that i can accept an amazing job offer. It has been 2 years and 3 months since my DUI. I desperately need help.

If you were convicted in Nebraska, received probation and a fine, and successfully completed probation, you may apply to the sentencing court to have your conviction set aside. It is still possible for the conviction to be used against you for purposes of increasing the penalty for subsequent convictions for DWI, or for obtaining state licenses for teaching, daycare, etc., but is set aside on the records of the court for other purposes. State v. Spady is a recent case on this matter.
