Possesion of Marijuana
I recently got a possesion of marijuana ticket. It was less than one ounce so it was a misdeameanor. I can just pay a fine and admit guilt but my only question is the ramifications later down the road. Will I still be able to get federal loans? Will there be complications down the road? Do I have to put this on job applications? If I do go to court, will they plea bargain to a lesser offense? Please e-mail me back at [email protected] I appreciate it greatly.

It could cause the problems you indicate. An attempt should be made to get a deferred sentence.
