Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

CP moved without notice

The mother of my child moved out of state without giving me written notice until 4 months after she had already moved. This was almost 2 years ago and has made my visitation with my daughter very hard now. The order which was placed 7 years ago says that I am responsible for transpertation for visitation. However she only lived 40 miles away back then and now lives 515 miles away. She refuses to meet me and claims that the papers say I am responsible. I look at it as those papers were drawn up 7 years ago when she lived in the same state as me and it should be different now that she is in another state. Is there anything I can do?

Re: CP moved without notice

First question: Where do you live and where does she live?

Second question: Where were the papers drawn up?
