when i got divorced, i was incarserated i was not able to be at the court hearing i need to find out how i can go about having joint custody, reduce my child support, on the child support pay sheet they show my monthly pay as 3,000 dollars a month, that was wrong it was only 1,300 dollars i live in california i really need your help anyt information you can give would be really appricated. thank you

You need to file an O.S.C. to modify the underlying orders. The family law facilitator should fill out the paperwork for you at no cost to you.
