Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

fathers custody taken away

My ex-wife and I got divorced. We both had split legal custody of our two boys.5yr.&3yr. She had full physical custody. She moved to nebraska in august of 2002 without permission from the Idaho courts. And two weeks after she got there. She was incarcerated for breaking our 3yr old handicapped sons leg when she was angry. Nebraska took temporary legal custody of the children. I was notified a week later about it.

I went to court twice since then and got the judge there to give me temporary physical custody on january 10th, but Nebraska would not give me legal custody. Now i have to answer to the State of Nebraska and get permission about issues regarding my own children. Even though Idaho has granted me custody.
